For a smoother journey, it is recommended to use a motorcycle, especially for the last part of the route. If traveling by car, you can drive up to the village at the base of the hill, but the final ascent to Bukit Batas may require a motorcycle or a short hike, depending on the condition of the path. The road condition varies, with some sections paved and others still natural dirt paths, especially as you get closer to the top.
Entrance Fee
The entrance fee to Bukit Batas is quite affordable. On regular days, it costs around Rp5,000 per person. On weekends or public holidays, the price can increase to Rp10,000 per person.
