To reach the Sultan Suriansyah Mosque from the center of Banjarmasin, visitors must travel approximately 4 kilometers, a journey that takes around 15 minutes by car. The route is simple, following Jalan Sultan Adam and then turning onto Jalan Kuin Utara, where the mosque is located along the banks of the Kuin River. The road is well-paved, making it easily accessible by car, motorcycle, or even by public transportation such as online taxi.


Entrance Fee  

There is no entrance fee to visit the Sultan Suriansyah Mosque. Visitors are welcome to enter the mosque and explore its historical significance at no cost. However, donations are encouraged and appreciated to help with the maintenance and upkeep of this historic site.

The Sultan Suriansyah Mosque is open daily from 04:00 to 21:00 WITA. The best time to visit is during the day when the mosque is illuminated by natural light, highlighting its beautiful traditional Banjar architecture. Visitors are welcome to join the regular prayer times or simply admire the historic structure.
